1. Your feet are aching, burning, or just not feeling comfy anymore.

2. Your insoles look worn out, ripped, or flattened. Remove them to check.

3. If you haven’t switched shoes but new blisters appear, your insoles could be rubbing the wrong way. Calluses and corns can also signal extra pressure in certain spots.
