A new year is here, and we’re kicking off January 2026 with a full activity calendar designed to keep our residents connected, active, and smiling all month long.

We currently have a few apartments available in Assisted Living, offering comfort, care, and peace of mind in a warm, welcoming community.

🌟 Team member Spotlight: Anne-Leigh Freeman 📸✨👏💙

Anne-Leigh Freeman is a highly valued Resident Assistant in our Dogwood Community. Recognized for her exceptional attitude and strong work ethic, Anne-Leigh receives praise from fellow team members for the genuine care and compassion she demonstrates towards our elders on a daily basis.
With a background as a dance teacher, Anne-Leigh developed patience, encouragement, and meaningful interpersonal skills—gifts she now utilizes daily to foster relationships and create moments of joy for residents. Her presence plays a significant role in cultivating connection and purpose, aligning beautifully with The Eden Alternative’s mission to combat loneliness, helplessness, and boredom by nurturing loving relationships and vibrant daily life.

Outside of work, Anne-Leigh enjoys traveling and is excited to share that she has recently been accepted into nursing school—a testament to her unwavering commitment to caring for others and continuing to grow in her calling. She is grateful to be part of the Aldersgate team and values the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.

The Sunday Fund will provide over $600,000 in critical support to elders living on MSS campuses across Mississippi—elders who have exhausted their financial resources and often have no family or safety net to lean on.
