Healing Circle – Tomorrow at 6 PM
📍 Your Wellness Connection

We’re gathering for an evening of deep reflection and healing, focusing on the solar plexus — our energetic center of personal power, self-trust, and inner guidance. Together, we’ll explore what it means to trust ourselves, to have compassion through the unknown, and to examine the relationships we hold — both with ourselves and with others.

✨ Please bring:
• A yoga mat
• Pillow & blanket
• Water bottle
• Anything else you need to feel safe, warm, and grounded

This is a space to receive, to release, and to be in community as we move through the emotions that often get stuck in our bodies. You do not have to carry it alone.
