Also, yesterday we got to celebrate our Johnson County crew as well! We celebrated three of our caregivers who have been with us for such a long time who have shown dedication and consistency to their clients! Renee being with us for 10 years and Cathy for 5, and unfortunately one left early before photos but we’d love to recognize Sharon for being with us for 6! We are so grateful for you all! Lastly would love to recognize our 2025 CNA of the year Ashley ! She has been with us 11 years and has shown hard work, consistency, professionalism, and a great attitude throughout every one of her shifts and we could not be prouder !
We are so blessed for all of our caregivers / CNAs and we are blessed to get to say you all are part of the Heart of America Home Health team!

Last Tuesday we got to celebrate our Wynadotte County caregivers and had a great turnout! We were able to celebrate one of our long-term aides Deborah who has been with us for nine years and has shown dediation, kindness, and hard work throughout her time with us ! We also would love to recognize our 2025 caregiver of the year Leonard ! He has been such a valuable member to our team, he treats his clients as if they were his own family with professionalism and kindness every shift!
We are very blessed to have some amazing caregivers all around and so glad to have each and every one of these all stars a part of the Heart of America Home Health Care Company !

This fantastic program provides eligible caregivers with up to $1,000 per year for each care recipient, helping to cover the cost of respite care services through our agency, Heart of America Home Health Care. It's our way of supporting you in your important role while ensuring that you have the time and space to recharge. Join us in making caregiving a little easier!
