                                            Exhausted… but so deeply grateful.
This week was a roller coaster, and yet — every turn had meaning.
🧠 I had the honor of being part of the City-Wide Wellness Consortium alongside the brilliant Dr Nicole and our Small Changes Big Shifts team — Bayleigh, Courtney, and Vic, you continue to pour out your hearts to uplift others. It matters more than you know.
🌏 I’m incredibly proud of Crystal, who is courageously sharing her gifts with the Hoffman Institute — helping bring this life-changing message all the way to China. Your legacy will live on. The world is better because you are in it.
💧 After over 8 inches of rain in just a few hours, I watched in awe as Dr. Sean, Bayleigh, and Brayden showed up at 4 AM to help mitigate water damage. No hesitation. Just action, care, and love.
🐾 At home, our 12-week-old pup, River, reminded me what pure joy looks like. She only knows play — and in a week of weighty moments, that lightness has been a gift.
💛 My YWC family — thank you for always having my back. On the hard days, you show up with grace, grit, and kindness.
A moment I’ll hold onto: arriving at my brother’s in Florida, weary and carrying the emotional weight of the week and of preparing to transition my mom to assisted living… was being met in the garage by my great niece Lucy running into my arms for a hug. That moment reset my spirit.
We spent 30 sacred hours together in Florida — navigating change, honoring my mom, and finding her a safe place for the next phase of life.
🌿 This week was a reminder:
Health is the greatest wealth.
Time with loved ones is the real treasure.
And when you have a resilient team, a playful pup, and a hug from a little one — you have everything you need to keep going.
Here’s to leaning in. To showing up. And to celebrating the breathtaking beauty in between the storms. 💫
