Responsibilities
Foster trust with current and prospective customers by educating and selling them on the value of our services
Receive and process customers' requests and/or concerns via phone calls, emails, voicemails, and live chats
Schedule appointments and dispatch multiple technicians to appropriate locations, according to customer requests, specifications, or needs
Update the company database by inputting information from each call
Advise customers on treatments that best suit their needs and identify selling opportunities
Provide outstanding customer service through educating and active listening
Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively; strong sense of professionalism and discretion required
Follow up with customers to conduct survey, ensure customer satisfaction, and retain relationship
Proactively aim to resolve issues on the initial call
Other administrative and ad hoc projects, as needed
Requirements
2+ years customer service and sales experience
MUST speak fluent English and Spanish; English must be clear and concise
High School diploma/GED required
Flexibility with working a non-traditional schedule
Experience handling multiple phone lines
Salesforce experience is a plus
Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
Ability to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
Must have excellent communication skills and able to work with a wide-range of personalities
Must have a positive, can-do attitude, and superior organizational skills
