Reiki appointments are also available (50 minute and 30 minute sessions) My mission is to help others achieve health, wellness and balance in their lives. One of my goals is also to teach and educate others on how they can empower themselves.

It's not so much about catching fish, as the saying goes, as is it about teaching others to fish for themselves.
