We are so thrilled to welcome Nicole Howell MSN, FNP-BC to our team! She will be seeing both a mix of family medicine and cardiology patients. If you need a new primary care provider, please call the office to make an appointment at 219-472-8990. She will be seeing patients on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday's.

With more than 16 years of bedside nursing experience, Nicole Howell, MSN, FNP-C, has built her career on compassion, advocacy, and clinical excellence. Her background in med-surg, telemetry, and oncology shaped her commitment to early detection and comprehensive health management.

Now practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in cardiology and primary care, Nicole focuses on evidence-based prevention, heart-healthy living, and continuity of care for patients of all ages. She values strong patient relationships and strives to create a supportive environment where individuals feel confident about their health and treatment plans.
