Here are some heatwave tips:
1. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate – Water keeps your spinal discs healthy and reduces muscle tension. Hydration reduces risks of injury.

2. Stretch before outdoor activity – Warm muscles are less prone to strain.

3. Plan outdoor activities early or late – Try to work outside before the sun is fully up or after it starts to set when temps are cooler and muscles aren’t overworked from the heat.

4. Take breaks in the shade – Overheating can lead to muscle fatigue and poor posture.
