, income or circumstance. Whether you’re looking for an affordable family doctor, dentist, counselor, psychiatrist, addictions service or family social services, we’re here to help you. Indiana residents may qualify for fee assistance with our discounted fee scale based on income and family size. Our patient financial services team can help determine coverage and design a payment plan to fit your circumstances. If you're looking to enroll in Medicare, Medicaid, HIP, or marketplace insurance, our licensed insurance navigators can help you. No one will be turned away for inability to pay. Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) is a civil legal procedure in which a court can order an individual with a serious mental illness or substance abuse disorder to follow a treatment plan in the community.

Our goal of AOT is to ensure individuals have a continuity of care, thereby reducing the risk of incarceration or hospitalization while improving their health and well-being.
