We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with disabilities and seniors in their homes.

What you’ll do:
– Provide non‑medical assistance with daily activities (meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, social outings)
– Offer companionship and encourage independence
– Document services and communicate with the client’s family or case manager
– Follow care plans and ensure clients’ safety and well‑being
What we’re looking for:
– Caring attitude and commitment to helping others
– High school diploma or GED (preferred)
– At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
– Ability to pass background and reference checks
– Experience working with seniors or adults with developmental disabilities is a plus
