Southlake Animal Hospital was established in 1984. Dr. Carlson started as an assistant in 1993 and became a veterinarian in 2002, and bought the practice in 2015. She has converted the traditional practice into the only Holistic practice in NW Indiana. She is certifed in acupuncture, chinese herbal medicine, tuina, and food therapy. She is also certified in end of life and palliative care and working on certification in animal Chiropractic. Southlake Animal Hospital is a full service hospital offering traditional medicine and surgery, as well as multiple holisitc modalities. We offer at home euthanasias. We are very busy and growing and looking to add another veterinarian to the team.
