Using the Vald Frame, we’re identifying specific muscle asymmetries to before they lead to injury. We also put them on the Vald Force Plates to break down their force absorption and explosive output. Put it all together with a solid training plan and we are building peak performance!

Huge thank you to Extra Mile for having us out to your very first run club event of the year. 🙌

It was awesome to be able to provide some value with a quick 10-minute talk covering common reasons runners get injured, how performance plays a role, and why making data-driven decisions can significantly improve both training and the rehab process.

We had 40+ runners show up, active adults and athletes ranging from their teenage years all the way into their 70s, all sharing the same goal: staying active, healthy, and moving pain-free.

Also, a huge thank you to for always taking such great care of our patients. Every single one of them has an amazing experience when buying shoes at your facility. I truly have nothing but great things to say about what you guys are building and the community you’re creating.

Grateful for the opportunity to connect, answer questions, and work with such an awesome group.

And yes… I also snagged a couple new pairs of shoes for my next run 🏃‍♂️ 💪🏽
