Southlake MRI & Diagnostic Center We offer MRI, CT, and X-ray in a family owned Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility. Call to schedule your MRI or CT. X-rays are done on a walk-in basis.

Please have your physicians order and insurance card available when you call. Same day appointments are available based on the test ordered and your insurance coverage. Please bring your physicians order, insurance card, and photo ID anytime from 7:30am-11:00am or 1:15pm to 4:00pm. Discounts available to patients without insurance.

Our office hours are Mon-Fri 7am to 5pm. We offer evening noncontrast MRI appointments on Tues and Thurs from 5pm- 8pm. All hours are subject to change based on appointments.

We offer those patients with the above insurance plans a CASH FEE PAYMENT option which can be found on our company's website https://southlakemri.com

We accept additional forms of payment by credit card, HSA credit card & CareCredit card.

Walk-in patients may be scanned from 9:30am-11:00am or 1:15pm to 3:00pm Mon-Fri. Patients with 3 or more x-rays are advised to call to check availability. Our facility offers discounted fees for patients without insurance or high deductible plans.
