Today was the last day of National Assisted Living Week! We had our last day of our Ageless Adventures in Dining with a British Invasion-themed meal and stamped our passports. We had fish and chips with delicious coleslaw, hush puppies, and don't forget the rice pudding!

What a great day at Aviva Merrillville! We celebrated Assisted Living Week today with a Mexican food truck! Everyone got to enjoy some delicious food today. We had food truck tacos, elote, Mexican rice, and homemade tres leches cake! We stamped out food passports and enjoyed a beautiful day.

Day four of our tour yesterday brought us to the Emerald Isle... we had savory and tender corned beef with cabbage, red potatoes with carrots and Irish shortbread!
