I can meet in Merrimack or at Target on Amherst st in Nashua.

These items are from a pet friendly smoke free home.

☮️ Due to these crazy times I will be taking a break from teaching and returning my focus to my practice.

I have absolutely loved having the opportunity to share my practice with so many beautiful souls and I am so grateful for all of you.

At this time you can still find a few free practices on YouTube and I will be adding some yin and restorative there soon as well.

I will keep you posted as I do plan on returning to teaching again soon!
