October is here! Autumn brings with her a quieting down, a turning inward, and a space to reflect. Perhaps now is the time for you to take the next steps in healing from old wounds, improving your relationship with yourself or a loved one, or just accessing some support to cope with the challenges of daily life.

I have current openings for new clients, in my office or via telehealth in NH or MA. Most insurances are accepted. Message this page or visit my website to start the process of our work together.

Especially at 1am when we are calculating in our heads how many more times we’ll wake to breastfeed before sunrise. This is a reminder you are not alone. We’re all here with you and we’re all supporting you responding to your baby in the night through breastfeeds and cuddles. Because you simply cannot spoil your baby. 💕
