🎉 What a joy to help make a birthday wish come true! 🥳 One of the residents at Bedford Hills Center had a very unique request — to celebrate with a possum! Sometimes it’s the little things that bring the biggest smiles. 💙

We’re so grateful for our partnership with Bedford Hills and the chance to create special moments like this together.

Death isn’t easy to discuss, but it’s one of the most important conversations we can have. We invite anyone in the community to come and participate in this open dialogue. This is a space to bring what is present for you and explore with others who are willing to step up to the conversation. We offer cake, tea and coffee to sweeten the evening!

Last week our Bereavement team hosted "Sounds of Solace," a meditative sound bath designed to soothe and nurture grieving hearts.

We’re so grateful to our guide, Amy Philie of Ginkgo Leaf Wellness—a Certified Sound Healer, Energy Practitioner, and one of our own dedicated HHHC volunteers. 🌿💜

It was a beautiful evening of reflection, comfort, and healing. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special experience.
