We are so proud to share that MQA has been awarded the Gold Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health by Mental Health America, the nation’s leading nonprofit dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being.
The Bell Seal recognizes employers that meet national standards for supporting employee mental health through workplace culture, benefits, compliance, and whole-health wellness programs. Since 2019, the Bell Seal has recognized hundreds of organizations supporting the mental health of more than 5.1 million employees nationwide.
Only about 2 in 5 organizations that apply receive a Bell Seal at any level, which makes this recognition especially meaningful to our team. We are so proud and happy to receive this acknowledgement, and are totally gunning for Platinum in 2027 ;)
