The kindness of human milk donation is immeasurable love in action.

For mothers with more milk than her own baby may need, to donate such a gift to medically fragile babies in need, is love without boundaries.

Standing in awe of the grace and the commitment that is breastfeeding, and when paired with human milk donation for vulnerable babies…it is truly inspirational!

Honored to celebrate World Human Milk Donation today with Mothers' Milk Bank of Florida and every day.

To bring Chocolate Milk: The Documentary Series to the Space Coast for the second time has been a labor of love and awe.

Feeling grateful for the dialog, the privilege of holding space with and for parents + families and the community which amplifies a shared vision of layers of care.

We talked after the screening about available support, as well as barriers to care. Keep listening, keep talking, keep going.

One of the many inspirations for has been an unassuming sign tucked amongst palm trees on Merritt Island proclaiming, “Where Dreams Are Launched”!

Five years ago, amidst a worldwide pandemic, a dream was launched and in this “space”, more than 85,000 ounces of donor human milk have been generously gifted to babies (and their families) receiving critical care in Florida NICUs through the life changing work of Mothers' Milk Bank of Florida.

When first feedings for preterm babies are less than 1/3 of one ounce, donations of this magnitude are out of this world for tiny babies in need! 🚀

This has been entirely possible because of the philanthropic gift of Space Coast Donor Mothers who express milk for tiny babies and then donate for families in need, when they have a tiny bit extra than their own baby may need. We’ve even had guests visiting the reach out to donate! 🫶

have dropped by for weight checks, lactation consultations, milk donation and have participated in diaper drives to serve Healthy Start Coalition of Brevard, plus food drives to benefit Space Coast Basket Brigade over the past five years.

This winter, you are warmly welcome for our 5️⃣th Birthday celebration taking place on Saturday, February 8, 2025.

We’ll be hosting a 💧 Donor Milk Drive, ☕️Doms Coffee Spot coffee truck, and ♻️ recycling breastpumps if your journey has come to a close.

We cannot wait to see you here!
