Fire under the stars ✨💫✨💫

The fire in the pit burning
the red ashes floating into the night sky
the stars so close
in that Arizona desert
you could almost reach
up and touch them.

You are a child of the Universe
No less than the trees and the stars

No matter where I am
when I see Orion in the night sky
I am home.

I went to Arizona
and sat in the desert
looked up at the night sky
and knew beyond any doubt
my life has purpose
that I am valuable
I am worthy
I am lovable
I am loving
I care so deeply
about people
the Earth
the animals
I am unique.
I am a one of a kind cosmic event.

There is only one me
There is only one you
There is only one life
here as we know it.

One day
you’ll look back
on your life
and be glad
you never gave up on yourself.

In the early morning
the air smelled of fresh rain on the dirt.
The clouds just barely visible floating by.
The Moon. My love. My heart.

The waxing full Moon, the shadow side still smiling.
I blew a kiss and bowed my head in gratitude.

GLIMMERS of memories long ago of love, of hope, of dreams.

We are all heroes
We are all Warriors
We are all dreamers
We are all designed to thrive

This takes true strength, true power.

Are you ready to release what is dead within you & around you?
This full moon vibe is asking us to take an honest look at where we are dysfunctionally judgmental, controlling & critical of yourself & others.
The very things that stress you out, may be the very things that give another person wings.
What you can’t imagine, might be the only thing that another person can see.
We were each sent here with a unique soul imprint & we are living in a quantum universe.
Which means that what is true for you does not have to be true for me, and vice versa.
Stay in your own lane.
Be in your space, and let others be in theirs.
Intention is everything here.
Haven’t you grown tired of these cycles of suffering?
One of my favorite teachers of all time, Eckhart Tolle, puts it like this: “Accept it, improve it, or drop it.”
We go to great lengths to resurrect the ghosts of our past.
We cling to patterns & addictions & habits until our hands become numb.
Instead of consciously confronting the truth, the injustice, or the pain, we use it all as excuses to continue doing the thing that we do when we are afraid or overwhelmed or tired.
It worked for as long as it could possibly work.
Survival mode was intended to move you through the aftermath of trauma...it was not meant to become a way of life.
This energy is asking more from us all than we want to give.
Bring out your dead and bring in new life.
It is time.
As you release others, you release yourself.
How much light are you willing to hold?
How much darkness are you willing to let go?
Everything is everything.
You were made for this.
