🌿 What if taking breaks could actually give you more time, energy, and help you nurture meaningful connections? 🌿
Instead of pushing through exhaustion, try leveraging intervals of rest—short, mindful pauses throughout the day to reset your nervous system. Here's how it works:
1. Pause for just 2-3 minutes every couple of hours.
2. Breathe deeply and focus on each inhale and exhale.
3. Let go of tension and allow yourself to simply BE for a moment.
These intentional breaks help you to regain control of your time, recharge and reduce stress, resulting in meaningful connections and more Calm.
I want to introduce you to my friend Wendy.
