Route 3 CrossFit Whether you are just getting started in your fitness journey or have been active for years, we have a program that will work for you!

CrossFit Route 3 is located in the Merritt Crossing Plaza next to Target in Merritt Island, Florida. We offer group, semi-private and private coaching. Our workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) in a manner designed to help you achieve your fitness goals no matter your ability level.

The wall walk builds shoulder pressing strength & improves core stability and body control.

Wall walks can be scaled at every level and are a great way to prepare for handstand walks!

Regular exercise, good nutrition, and healthy habits work best as preventive maintenance. They:

✨Lower risk for chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and osteoporosis
✨Improve mental health, energy levels, and mobility
✨Make recovery easier if you do face an illness or injury later
✨Build resilience so everyday life feels easier

It’s much easier to STAY healthy than to try to “win back” your health after losing it. Prevention is the long game, and movement is one of your best tools.

✅ Key Points for Full ROM Front Squat:

•Depth: Hips below parallel
•Upright torso
•Knees tracking over toes
•Hip/knee extension at the top of the rep
