🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet Chloe Bradley, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner! 🌟

We’re excited to spotlight Chloe Bradley, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, who joined Atlantic Coast Pediatrics in July 2024. With over six years of nursing experience and a strong background in pediatric critical care, Chloe brings expertise, compassion, and dedication to her patients.

Chloe’s passion for pediatrics began early—she was once a young patient at Arnold Palmer’s Cardiac ICU. Inspired by the nurses who cared for her, she pursued nursing and later advanced her training to become a provider.

Before joining ACP, Chloe worked as a travel nurse in Level One trauma centers across the Southeast, with experience in PICU, CVICU, NICU, and CDH units, providing care to the most vulnerable pediatric populations. She brings that critical care insight to her current practice, offering thoughtful, thorough care to every family she sees.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of South Florida (USF), reflecting her strong commitment to lifelong learning and leadership in pediatric care.

What she loves most about ACP:
“The team feels like family. From day one, staff and patients welcomed me with open arms. I’m grateful to be part of such a caring community.”

Outside the clinic, Chloe created our Readers Are Leaders Little Library—a free book-sharing nook with 100+ books for kids of all ages, promoting literacy and learning.

When you meet Chloe, you can count on her for open, compassionate care:
“I want patients and families to feel safe and never judged. No question is too small—we’ll figure it out together.”

We’re so lucky to have you on our team, Chloe! 💙📚👩‍⚕️

🧢 Wear a hat with a wide brim and UV-protective sunglasses to shield your face and eyes.
👕 Cover up with lightweight, long-sleeved clothing when possible.
💧 Stay hydrated! Drink water often, even if you’re not thirsty.
📱 Check the UV index before heading out—extra protection may be needed on high UV days.
👶 Protect children’s sensitive skin—use mineral-based sunscreens and keep babies under 6 months in the shade.
