We wrapped up our first Winter Reset series last night, and I couldn’t be more proud of this group.
Over the past several weeks, we intentionally layered functional fitness with functional health. We were building from posture, breathing, and core stability into mobility, endurance, integrated strength, and long-term movement patterns designed for longevity. Everything had a purpose. Everything was built on the last session.
But what stands out the most wasn’t the programming.
It was the ladies in this group.
For some of these women, this was their first time committing to a dedicated fitness program. They showed up. They stayed consistent. They pushed through discomfort. They grew.
They learned that fitness can be fun. We played games. We competed. We worked in partners. They learned that movements are modifiable, that strength looks different on everyone, and that comparison doesn’t build progress. Consistency does.
These ladies were supportive. Encouraging. Accountable. There was some competitive spirit and they were all striving to improve their own baseline.
My goal was simple. I wanted to help them leave feeling better than they came in. More confident. More aware. More capable.
I hope that they continue with us in two weeks for the Spring Rebuild or take what they’ve learned into a gym or their living room at home. Either way, they now have the tools and confidence to keep moving forward.
I’m incredibly proud of this group and grateful to have been their coach.
We’re starting the Spring Rebuild in two weeks with the first session on Wednesday, February 25. If you want to be part of the next group, comment “Rebuild” below or call the office and we’ll take care of the rest.
