I’m in my “I’d rather make it myself and know what’s in it” phase — and I’m loving every second of it. 🥖💛 From slow mornings feeding my starter to connecting with familiar faces at the farmers market, this season of baking has felt so special.
Our little porch pick-up community is growing, and I can’t wait to keep baking more sourdough for the people right here in Merritt Island who value real, wholesome ingredients. 🌾

New! Chai Spiced Apple Butter Muffin Bread. Better than anything at a coffee shop, this bread is such a fall treat! What makes it really special are the ribbons of cream cheese baked inside and the sweet, spiced chai crumble on top. Irresistible.

Good Morning beautiful humans! 🌺

IM BACK & PORCH PICK UPS ARE BACK AS WELL!

I took a couple of weeks to get used to my new schedule (new job) & figuring out how to balance my growing bakery & popping up at farmers markets.

This weeks menu is live! I brought back my famous Milano inspired cookies, they are sooooo delicious & way healthier for you.

I’ve also started milling my own wheat berries to bring you the absolute BESTEST, HEALTHIEST flour to bake your bread with. Healthy & Fresh!

I’ve met a lot of new people in the past couple of weeks & I’m super excited to be on this journey of growing my bakery & feeingd & educating as many people in my community as I can about REAL food & real sourdough bread.

Things I’ve had said to me that I can’t stand.

“But I ate that bread as a kid and I turned out fine…”

Yes, you probably did.

But the bread you ate back then was made with simple ingredients—flour, water, butter, maybe milk. Today’s store-bought bread is a different story entirely.

Take a look at the label: 10+ ingredients is now the norm, with things like riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, calcium propionate, soy lecithin, mono- and diglycerides, & GMO seed oils—all in the name of shelf life, not nourishment.

Your body doesn’t recognize these lab-made ingredients as food. They weren’t part of your great-grandma’s pantry—& they certainly weren’t part of your gut’s natural ecosystem.

That’s why I bake the way I do:

✨ Organic, non-GMO flour with no aluminum
✨ Filtered water (never tap)
✨ Real sea salt (I use Maldon)
✨ Naturally fermented with my own wild yeast starter—nothing added, nothing fake.

This is real bread. I bake REAL BREAD.
The kind your body knows what to do with.
The kind your ancestors thrived on.
