Our office is open regular hours for our patients as well as DOT CDL driver physicals and pre-employment physicals. We screen for fever with temperature check and any coronavirus like symptoms such as difficulty breathing or coughing and recent travel.

The DMV is closed and is extending any expiration of Florida driver licenses and commercial driver licenses set to expire in the next 30 days will be granted a 30 day extension beyond their current expiration date. We do have information on scanning your medical card on your home computer when getting a new Dot medical card.
