CBD Consultants are on the front-line of CBD Emporium's business. They offer our customers the first impressions of our retail business. Our trained CBD experts, advise and assist our customers to make informed choices in their selection of CBD products. This sets apart CBD Emporium from all others!!
CBD Consultants inform, educate and guide our customers seeking better health and wellness goals. A great responsibility is developing a long-term relationship to foster future sales.
Ultimately, our CBD Consultants must love what they do, why they do it and the company they represent. As a company, we must sell to maintain health and profitability to continue our mission.
CBD Consultants will:
· engage all customers in a friendly, professional and comfortable manner;
· share our knowledge of h**p derived CBD and Cannabinoid Science and its wonderful benefits with our customers;
· perform and record sales/refunds/exchanges on Point of Sale system, as well as process cash and credit cards transactions.
· handle customer questions or complaints.
· maintain the appearance, cleanliness and presentation of the store, products, signage and displays.
· keep track of inventory;
· enthusiastically introduce promotions and opportunities to customers, and cross-sell products to increase customer purchases
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
