I’ve touched on prepping for a pregnancy, during pregnancy, and now during labor!!

Acupuncture during labor can be VERY beneficial! It can be body points during early labor. Then ear points that can be placed during active labor. This is great because if you are needing to switch positions, walk around, or get in a tub, the needles in the ear won’t be a burden.

Some surgeries in China don’t use anesthesia, only acupuncture as a pain management. Acupuncture is powerful! Acupuncture will support your hormones, and decreases labor time, decreases chances of tearing, decreases chances of exhaustion (which can lead to a cesarian). I’ll post some research soon on this!!
