Meghan will work with you to check your current energy (Qi or Ki) condition and provide 1-on-1 guidance on how best to utilize our exercises and programs. We can help you make a plan of how to achieve your goals with Body & Brain practice.

All you need is yourself and comfortable clothes for light movement. This will be a great time to share about your personal goals, current condition, and to experience some guided movements and meditation. If you enjoy yourself, we can create a plan for future practice!
