All across social media and within various communities, especially the spiritual community there is constant talk about your thoughts. What you should think about to manifest this... How you need to change your thoughts to create positivity! It can be frustrating to change our thoughts into more positive ones when the brain has adopted a coping mechanism such as rumination.

Remember to be kind to your mind! If you are obsessive thinking, you won't be able to just snap your fingers into a different form of thinking. However, you can be more aware! Being aware of your thoughts allows you the opportunity to start shifting out of this behavior.

Rumination is a coping mechanism that many people experience without the clarity or understanding of why it came on. I like to think of Rumination as the brains way of coping with the distress or perceived distress.

Don't give up! There are so many ways to work through rumination. Before long you will train your mind to a different way of coping.

Rumination is when you consistently and repetitively think about negative feelings or events, such as upsetting encounters or conversations, to the point where it causes negative emotions or emotional distress. It has an almost obsessive quality that cannot simply be “turned off” or stopped. Rum...

NEW MOON IN PISCES - Synchronized Solar Event
This is a power energy impacting the way that we do things and calling us into a new pattern, new beginnings and new structure.

Most people are experiencing heavy emotional states at this time and are finding it difficult to recalibrate during this energy. Remember that all heavy emotions (unwanted emotions) are meant to guide us into new awareness of ourselves and the processing of experiences of the past. The law of Perpetual Transmutation of energy states that NO energy can be erased or destroyed but rather transmuted(transfromed, changed) There is a space for every piece of energy within this universe! It is okay to feel heavy emotions. It is okay to step back and recalibrate your energy during these astrological events.

Right now is a time to set new intentions and goals. Without expectations to the outcomes or timeframes that we are hoping for. Take a note pad out and take time to write down some of these intentions to get clear on the next steps for direction.

If you are experiencing heavy emotions during this time, remember that it is not an external event like a "new moon" that changes us but rather the emotions invoked by these events that "call us" into new awareness of our personal experiences and consciousness. It is through processing our emotions that we release attachment to the stories that limit us. Allow yourself the grace to feel the feelings you are experiencing!

*Acknowledge the emotion
*Ask what it is related to
*Feel the emotion (cry, scream, smack a pillow, breathe)
(Remember that emotions are temporary! Don't make permanent decisions on temporary feelings!!)
*Allow yourself to come to a new understanding by your feelings
*Provide yourself some needed R&R

What a beautiful time it is to be alive!! Hold your head up high and remember that you are a high vibing celestial light being in a DENSE LOW VIBING human body suit, whom must strive to come into alignment with Mind, Body and Soul. Only through feeling our emotions can we allow the energy to flow through us, thus giving birth to new awareness, new consciousness and clairty.
