Open Monday-Friday 8:30 am -6:00 pm, extended hours after 5pm by appointment only. We accept most insurance plans & offer affordable self-pay options!

We offer the following exam within our office:
-General physical exams
-Sports Physical
-Well Women's Exam

-General health screenings: mammogram, dexa scan, colon cancer screening.
-Chronic condition monitoring
-Referral to specilaist
-Weight loss counseling
-STD screening
-immunization
-hormone replacement
- providing care for members of LGBTQ community

In office procedures provided include:
-skin tag removal
-suturing
-toenail and ingrown toenail removal
-cyst removal
-trigger injections
-joint injections
-skin biopsies
-wound care
-removal of foreign body from eye, ears, nose.
-ear wax removal
-pelvic exam
