To all the moms spending Mother’s Day weekend at the ball fields, in the gym bleachers, at dance competitions, on the sidelines, or loading kids in and out of the car all weekend long… we see you.

The moms who are carrying so much every single day while making it look effortless for everyone around them.

The ones supporting their husbands, their families, their businesses, their children’s dreams… often putting themselves last without ever asking for recognition.

One of the greatest privileges of what we do at Vital AZ is getting to care for families inside their homes. We get to see the love behind it all. The comfort you bring your children. The way you know exactly what each child needs without a word being spoken. The way your kids look for you first when they’re hurt, scared, sick, or overwhelmed.

We see the mental load you carry. The constant planning, remembering, worrying, comforting, organizing, and loving that never really shuts off.

And even on the days you feel stretched thin, your presence is shaping your children in ways they’ll carry forever.

To the moms making it happen day in and day out, thank you. Your love is felt in every corner of your home and in every part of your children’s lives.

We appreciate you more than words can say. ❤️

It’s official. I’ve officially completed my veterinary degree.

Dogs, cats, hamsters… they’re all welcome now.

You can officially add your pets to your Vital house call plan. Same day visits. In-home care. No waiting rooms. No stress.

We treat the whole family now.

Just don’t ask me to neuter anything.

If you have medications at home that impact weight, appetite, or hormones, take a second look at where they’re stored.

And more importantly, keep the conversation open.

Most adults don’t actually know their blood type.

And surprisingly, it’s not something routinely checked.

Blood type testing usually only happens in situations like pregnancy, surgery, blood transfusions, or trauma.

Otherwise, it’s something you typically have to ask for.

The easiest way to find out? Donate blood. Most donation centers will send you a card with your blood type after your first donation.

Our kids have grown up surrounded by medicine. Patients dropping by for a quick check, phone consults in the car, quick follow ups between dinner and bedtime. They listen, they learn, and they care. The way they ask about our patients makes me both laugh and melt a little.
