We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part of our team here at InOffice Diagnostics! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. The compensation will be further discussed, as of right now to start would be $17-19 an hour. Hours we are seeking; Monday-Friday 7-4 sometimes 5pm. Here are some details of the employment opportunity:

Responsibilities:

-Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
-Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff and Lab Techs.
-Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures.
-Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
-Maintains medical supplies inventory and performs preventive maintenance to keep medical equipment operating.

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields:
-Familiarity with medical billing procedures
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
