Today we mourn the loss of a part of our humanity. From an innocent refugee from Ukraine, murdered because of the color of her skin, to Charlie Kirk assassinated because of differing opinions. Charlie celebrated debate and public forum, your right to have a different opinion. When people turn a blind eye to those in need, or take somebody’s life because their opinion is different than ours, we loose, humanity looses.
Empathy, and holding space for somebody to express or explore their thoughts is valuable. To be heard, to be known and to know is essential to our existence as humans.
We are here to help you, not to judge anyone. To help you walk the path you are on to better mental health.
We offer faith based counseling as well to those who ask for it.
We win when we extend grace and love to those we disagree with, not violence as so many have done in the past.
Praying for the families of the victims and for those who would commit such crimes against humanity. May God help us restore our humanity.
