Front Office Receptionist (full time)

Our front office receptionist is the face of the office. We are looking for an energetic and charismatic individual to provide the best front office experience our patients deserve. The front office receptionist is responsible for check in/out, appointments, phones, cash payments, insurance network checks, scanning information into patient records, reception area appearance and cleanliness, and any other duties required by the owner. Our office is well known in the Eastmark, Cadence, Bella Via area with patients all over the Valley.

Our Basic requirements are:
-Minimum of 18 years old
-Work Monday through Thursdays from 7:30 to 5:30 and Friday from 7:30 to 11:30 (hour lunches Monday through Thursday).
-Creative and Fun person

Preferred (not required):
-ECW experience
-Front office experience
-Spanish speaking
