You are not broken.

In the emotions your body has stored because it didn’t feel safe to release them.
Healing isn’t about forcing the body to change.
It’s about listening to what it’s already trying to say and honoring that.
You don’t need to be fixed.
You need space, presence, and someone to walk beside you as your body remembers how to heal.
This is what I hold space for:
gentle release, deep reconnection, and the return to yourself.
