Our specialties are mixing massage and movement with a structural approach to improve alignment and your ability to move more functionally and comfortably. f motion and giving the feeling of spaciousness from head to toe, followed by a massage at the pressure you specify. We also often work some foot or hand reflexes (Reflexology) to detoxify and restore internal balance to specific areas. As a Christian therapist, I (Barbara) is happy to offer a prayer for you if you desire.
