Meet Lexie! Lexie is a Licensed Master Social Worker & Associate Therapist & we are so happy to have her at The Well 🌱
Her specialties include trauma & attachment, expressive arts therapy, kids, families, teens and more. Lexie says “When I think of therapy, I picture the sun. Sometimes it gently breaks through the clouds, offering warmth and clarity; other times, it’s hidden behind many layers and can be hard to see and hard to feel. But it’s always there. I believe that with the right tools, we can begin to find that light within ourselves. To me, the sun represents hope—the reminder that each day holds the possibility of a new beginning.”
