I told the other day “Dude, sometimes when you walk in here it looks like I’m a mad scientist. I got all these scribbles and drawings and sketches all over note pads and white boards. Like WTFFFF IS WRONG W MEEEEE” 😩😂

I laugh at myself all the time.

And tonight was another one of those moments as I drew up how I view the human body in relationship to the OPT Methodology to one of our 😂😂
