Yoga Pulse is now open in the East Valley! We offer daily heated and unheated yoga classes-- anything from sequenced flows, gentle yoga, yin, chair yoga, vinyasa flow, donations based community classes, aerial yoga, and much more! Our studio has a dedicated Green Drink Smoothie bar with various Teas, and a boutique of yoga apparel. We truly believe yoga is for EVERY BODY! Our studio ensures that all levels are not only welcomed but cared for and empowered. Yoga Pulse is completely inclusive. Our goal is to create a warm and inviting environment in which your daily yoga practice needs are met-- all while providing various class styles for you to explore! Some of these breakout classes include aerial hammock yoga and Self-Defense Classes. We have many workshops planned and are excited about our monthly philanthropies! JOIN US THIS NOVEMBER 15th (2025) FOR A SPECIAL WORKSHOP:

💚Heart Openers & Backbends ((PLUS the exercises/stretches/asanas needed most to help you open up more!))

This workshop will demonstrate various heart-opening skills to deepen your backbend and allow you to have greater access to tight spaces.

We will learn and practice all different types of heart-openers, from traditional ones on the back to kneeling and on the stomach as well.

We will also spend time with intentional stretching and strengthening of other parts of your body to help prepare for a deeper backbend experience.

***This workshop has something to offer all levels of yogis from the beginning to the experienced practitioner!***

Our classes are easy to book on the MindBody app. Due to COVID19 and the CDC guidelines, classes in the Red Room are capped to 10 people, and classes in the Green Room are capped to 6 people. If you try to use MindBody and cannot book it, the class may already be full. You can call us for more information— be sure to do so during our business hours, otherwise prepare to leave a voicemail.
