In this workshop we will explore:
*The psychology of eating as an approach to what is both nourishing and satisfying.
*Functional exercise in alignment with one's goals and desires, body image, sense of vitality, and physical
well-being.
*Meditative techniques to maximize peace of mind and meditative calm
This workshop will provide you with the following tools:
*A newly inspired and loving relationship with food.
*The basics of what to eat, portion sizes, and optimal times to eat, based on individual goals of sustained weight loss, weight maintenance, or building lean muscle mass, in alliance with positive body self-image
*Knowledge of caloric values of standard foods, and, the rates of caloric burn through specific exercises, what they can and do achieve and why. What to eat, and why. How to exercise, and why.
*Participants receive a discounted one-hour nutrition and exercise private consultation with Josh. Additionally, at a discounted rate, participants can opt for eating coaching, meal planning, exercise coaching, personal training, or private yoga instruction. [rates of services vary]
This is a 2 hr workshop and you will walk away with tools to change your habits and create an eating and exercise plan/lifestyle in accordance with your lifestyle goals and aspirations.
