Arizona Regional Medical Center, located in Mesa at 515 N Mesa Dr and Apache Junction at 2050 W. Southern Ave., is excited to announce the launch of a Volunteer program and is currently recruiting quality individuals for this program.
Volunteers are a treasured resource at any hospital and ARMC is focused on creating a first class program built with compassionate and caring individuals who want to make a difference in patient’s lives and have fun while doing that!
As a volunteer, individuals must complete a formal application and interview process prior to serving at ARMC. Once chosen, individuals must then pass and complete a health screening, drug test and background check and a TB test will be administered. A comprehensive training and orientation program is also provided free of charge.
There are a variety of opportunities available to serve in as a volunteer from front lobby greeter, to admin & clerical, to special event or dietary positions. Any position requires a minimum of a 6 month commitment and 4 hours a week.
Additionally, ARMC offers an Ambassador program that is similar to the Volunteer program intended for people who are currently seeking or contemplating a healthcare career.
