I haven't shared this awesome victory as a result of Optavia nutrition and my wonderful health coach Kayleen Baguley Hallows . I can almost remember the day 10-12 years ago I realized that my beloved, go to morning milk, egg, banana shake was doing me very wrong and creating big upset stomach, gas, etc by mid morning/lunch. At 30ish years old I was lactose intolerant. My morning cereal was doing the same thing. I had to cut out milk, ice cream for even small amounts would bring on strong symptoms. Fast forward to March 2023 and my one month on Optavia 5 and 1 plan (5 fuelings, 1 lean/green meal) where I dropped 10lbs, 2.5'' at the belly button - the month after we were out of almond and oat milk so I tried some of the kids whole milk with cereal and I felt good. I now can have a small bowl of cereal, some ice cream and no negative effects. Just another one of the many non weight scale victories of the awesome nutritionally rich, clean, mindset altering effects of Optavia! Thank you coach Kayleen Baguley Hallows for inspiring me and showing me the way!
