DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) takes all the practical skills from the myriad of therapy models and combines it into one! They are the skills everybody needs but few people have. Participants have the opportunity to improve relationships, learn mindfulness, develop emotional regulation, and learn to tolerate distress.

Learn these coping skills and receive peer support! These groups are a blend of group therapy and psychoeducation. Participants are required to purchase the associated workbook. Material repeats every 8 months. Enrollment is month to month. Cost: $40 per 90 minute session, billed monthly.
