It’s National Popcorn Day in the US and that's the perfect reason for us to eat popcorn! When you make this recipe in your Saladmaster Electric Oil Core Skillet it is healthier.🍿

With no sugar and no added fat, our popcorn recipe is low in calories - making it the delicious treat for a cold January night.

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place 1 cup of white popcorn kernels in a single layer on the bottom of the EOC.
2. Cover and set the temperature to 435°F/225°C.
3. Allow to pop for approximately 10 minutes. When you hear the kernels stop popping, unplug cord, remove cover and serve.
