Ever make a promise to yourself, only to let it slip away? đŸ™‹â€â™€ïž It’s easy to get caught in the cycle of doubt, constantly second-guessing your abilities and breaking promises you’ve made to yourself.

But here’s the truth: You CAN rebuild self-trust. đŸ’Ș

🔑 Start small: Set tiny, achievable goals you KNOW you can hit. Celebrate those wins, no matter how small—they prove you can trust yourself again.

Testimony time!

I have so much love for each one of my clients. When you decide to start your healing/fitness journey it’s never this perfect linear path. Things come up, life is messy, and things get off plan. I understand that, and emphasize as I’ve been there many times and over. I care and I’m in the thick of it with you to help you through it.

My end goal is helping each person elevate to their full potential. Sometimes that’s re-evaluating the goals and what their emotional state is in that moment. Sometimes it’s taking a break from following the nutrition plans and daily tasks we have set and veering off to focus on regulating the emotional state first. * Phthalates: Many air fresheners contain phthalates, chemicals known to cause hormonal abnormalities, birth defects, and reproductive problems. They can alter hormone levels and have been associated with reproductive abnormalities in numerous animal studies.

1650 calories vs 2105 calories! This girl just completed her 75 day challenge and CRUSHED it.

Right now she’s in a reverse diet (slowly adding more food so that her maintenance calories are higher) my goal is to get her closer to 2200-2300 cals that way when we cut the calories for weight loss mode she will be at a healthy 1700-1800 cals!

She is down 8.5 pounds in 75 days (again, we aren’t in the weight loss phase yet!) and she had absolutely zero excuses.

Through crazy weather / tornadoes đŸŒȘ, being sick, hubby being gone, and doing all the mom duties, she stayed resilient and persevered!
So proud!! Can’t wait for the calorie cycling!! đŸ€©

She’s been on a reverse diet, which is basically adding more food to her diet to build up her maintenance calories, and she’s lost six pounds while eating 2,030 calories. How cool is that?! In the spirit of clients and friends that have shared their barriers and ruts they are in with staying motivated to achieve their goals, we are going to get things fired back up with this challenge!

I’m wasting NO TIME! Starting tomorrow we will start the 75-Day Hard Challenge.
What does it entail?

Daily:
✹2 separate 45-minute workouts a day, one is outside
✹Follow a healthy diet- no “cheat meals”
✹Drink 1 gallon of water (add salt/electrolytes)
✹Read 10 pages of a book (no audio, non-fiction)
✹Daily progress pictures
✹No alcohol
