Keeping your spine aligned helps you breathe easier, reduces tension headaches, increases energy levels, and keeps pesky back and neck pain at bay.
The good news? You don't need to overhaul your life to see improvements. Here are three super simple ways to start standing taller today:
1. The "String" Technique
Whenever you feel yourself slumping, imagine a golden string attached to the very top of your head, gently pulling you upward toward the ceiling. Feel your neck lengthen and your shoulders naturally relax downward.
