Synthetic Vitamin C isn’t as strong or beneficial as a naturally derived Vitamin C. Look at the ingredients in your Vitamin C supplement and check to see if it lists real Whole Foods (like orange, cherry or currant) and not just synthetic chemicals.
🍊Does it have all the parts Vitamin C should?
The mainstream & mass manufactured Vitamin C supplements often have only one of FOUR parts that Vitamin C should have! That means you’re missing out on at least 75% of the benefits. Look to see that your Vitamin C has rutin, bioflavonoid, and J&K Factor in addition to the usual ascorbic acid found in common Vitamin C supplements.
