Hi loves,
Allow me to introduce myself,
I am Jess Bee.

The Bee Spirit landed for me at the exact moment I needed to remember the power of devotion. Bees turn light into nectar. They do their work with purpose, presence, and trust in something greater.

That has been my path too.

A consistent meditation practice rewired my mind, strengthened my nervous system, and revealed my purpose. I learned that the sweetest life comes from inner peace, spiritual connection, and showing up again and again even when no one is watching.

This is the heart of my work.
Kundalini Yoga. Nervous system alchemy. Spiritual embodiment.
Teaching women how to regulate, remember, and rise into the life they were born to live.

Inside The Beloved Way Transcendence School, I guide our community through practices and courses designed to awaken purpose and restore radiance. We are building something beautiful here.

Are you an overly Positive Patty or a total Bob Bummer?
No worries! You may just have an imbalance in your second and third energy bodies.

The Sacral Chakra (2nd chakra) links to the Negative / Protective Mind (2nd Energy Body).
When it’s out of balance, shame shows up.
Shame shuts down your creativity, intuition, sensuality, and emotional flow.
Your Protective Mind starts saying “no” to everything — even the experiences your soul is calling you toward.

When this center is harmonized, your Protective Mind becomes a wise inner guardian.
You feel grounded, safe, expressive, and connected to your true desires.

The Solar Plexus Chakra (3rd chakra) links to the Positive / Projective Mind (3rd Energy Body).
When it’s out of balance, anxiety takes over.
Your Projective Mind starts predicting every worst-case scenario.
You project fear into the future instead of possibility.

When this center is harmonized, your Projective Mind becomes your inner strategist.
You see opportunities clearly, move confidently, and take aligned action.

Shame and anxiety aren’t character flaws — they’re signs your energy bodies are asking for balance.

🧡To the untrained eye, Kundalini Yoga looks wild.
But this practice is ancient, intentional, and engineered to awaken the depths of you.
It isn’t unhinged.
It’s a technology that moves mountains inside the human psyche. I use this tool and so much more in my life and my school

🧡1. Sat Kriya:
Sit on the heels and stretch the arms over the head so that the elbows hug the ears. Interlock the fingers except the first ones (index) which point straight up. Begin to chant Sat Naam emphatically in a constant rhythm about eight times per 10 seconds. Chant the sound Sat from the Navel Point and Solar Plexus, and pull the umbilicus all the way in
and up, toward the spine. On Naam relax the belly. Continue at least 3 minutes, then inhale and squeeze the muscles tightly from the buttocks all the way up the back, past the shoulders. Mentally allow the energy to flow through the top of the skull. Ideally, you should relax for twice the length of time that the kriya was practiced.

🧡 2. Hip-Pounding Shake-Out
Non-Kundalini Yoga
Stand tall and vigorously shake your hips while pounding the sacral area with loose fists.
Looks chaotic but it moves stagnant water element, helps clear shame + protective mind patterns.

🧡 3. Kriya for Emotional Balance:
First, drink a glass of water.
Posture: Sit in easy pose, place the arms across the chest and lock the hands under the armpits; palms are open and against the body. Raise the shoulders up tight against the earlobes. Pull the spine straight up from the back of the head which brings the jaw in and up.
Eyes: Close your eyes.
Breath: The breath will automatically become slow
Try it for 3 minutes to start.

4. 🧡Frog Pose
Rapid frog pose reps (heels lifted, hands on floor).
Clears emotional heaviness + boosts sexual vitality.
Moves energy from the lower three chakras through the heart and to the upper three chakras.

5. 🧡 The “Scream Into a Pillow” Primal Release
Non-Kundalini Yoga
Kneel over a pillow, scream/yell/growl whatever emotion is trapped.
Helps move HUGE amounts of water-element emotion: grief, rage, shame.

🧡 We harmonize all the chakras and energy bodies inside Your Radiance Reclamation but my sacral chakra had me shook.

🧡I unwound years of suffering and limiting thought patterns through this journey.

🧡I have lots of energetic tools but this was the missing piece for me. I am going into 2026 with my head held high, fully on my path and living my purpose and I am ready to help my students do the same.

🧡Is shame or an over active negative mind holding you back from living your dreams?

🧡The number one rule about shame: we don’t talk about it.
Let’s change that.

If you are struggling with any kind of shame (mine was around money 😬) I am almost certain this shame pattern most likely started before the age of 9.

Big T or little t traumas happen at a time in our lives when our brains and nervous systems don’t have the capacity to understand or process what’s happening.

When we identify the feeling and rewrite our stories, healing can happen.

I’ve done a lot of healing around this but once I healed at a childhood chakra and energetic body level, that’s when everything really started to shift for me.

I thank my meditation practice for leading me to the right teachers and programs to truly transform. That is why I HAVE to share it!

Your words hold power. Use them wisely and thoughtfully to avoid any unnecessary, excess karma.

Karma is just the law of cause and effect.

All I am saying is, use your discernment when sharing. And don’t beat yourself up if you have been doing this. When you know better you do better.

Maybe I am creating karma by telling you this. That is not my intention. I am just sharing what I feel is true at this moment when I observe this platform.

I don’t find these unhinged at all but I seem to get weird looks at the park for some reason 😜

Here are some slightly unhinged (according to the park goers) ways to ground into your body.

1. Ego Eradicator starting with Dog Breath
2. Tap on the heart center and chant a Divine mantra.
3. Long Deep Breathing. Imagine your breath rooting you into the earth.
4. Body drops. Warning. People may think you have lost it if you do this in public. Do it anyways 😝
5. Clench your firsts, stomp your feet and say loudly “I am.” Feel your power.
