WHY WHITE SOCKS FOR DIABETICS?

Dr. Chambers suggests his diabetic patients always wear white diabetic socks. Diabetics are susceptible to neuropathy and wounds in their feet, it’s important that they can see any kind of infection or drainage through their white socks. Specifically white diabetic socks are the best choice as they are typically made with seams to reduce the risk of rubbing and blisters that could lead to ulcers, especially for someone with neuropathy.
